The Wheelset Flaw Detector is a non-destructive testing (NDT) device designed for magnetic particle inspection of railway wheelsets. It automatically or semi-automatically scans the wheel tread, flange, and axle body for cracks, inclusions, and other material defects. With high-sensitivity probes and intelligent defect recognition software, it provides accurate flaw detection results. The detector meets international railway NDT standards.
